What kind of things does your job description consist of?
As our expert, you get to work in cooperation with interesting customer companies as well as different system suppliers. Genuine software and system independence enables you to search together with our customers for the most suitable solutions. Our goal is that you will be able to work with our entire service offering, taking into account your skills. Typically, it means operational management-related current state analyses, selection and bidding services, and project management services. The duration of projects is mostly several months, but projects lasting more than a year are no exception.
Through your role as an expert, you will also see opportunities both in our current customers and in completely new customers. With your expertise, you can open up new commercial opportunities independently or together with us.
What are your daily tasks like?
As is typical for project work, your work begins with a careful mapping of customer needs and more detailed definitions together with the customer. In the definition phase, goals and schedules for the project are created and project participants are selected. Larger projects also have a steering group, whose work we actively participate in. The actual project phase includes workshops, planning, stakeholder group work, communication and information, documentation, bidding, preparation for software deployments and actual deployments. Successful projects are also concluded competently and ensuring the satisfaction of stakeholders. Most of the time, you are responsible for leading the projects.
Within these sets of tasks, you make sure that the projects are implemented successfully, information moves, things progress and the goals are also reached in the project, without forgetting the appropriate documentation. Naturally, the set of tasks varies in our different services and also per project. You work independently, but not alone. Our entire team is here to support you.
What kind of expectations do we have for your skills?
We are looking for a team player capable of consulting and service sales, with a suitable educational background, sufficient experience in enterprise resource planning solutions – for example Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS Cloud, SAP, Lemonsoft, etc., and the necessary process and technology expertise. You have the ability to sell, plan and manage projects and the necessary change, as well as prioritize the necessary practical measures. Smooth communication and documentation in both Finnish and English is important. The key is that you are able to offer our services in a customer-oriented, value-producing way and in plain language. We are interested in hearing openly about your background, so introduce us to your skills at a low threshold, even if you do not fulfill our wishes in all respects.
In terms of your working methods, you are independent, self-initiated and service-oriented. You react actively and quickly to the customer’s needs and strive to solve challenges in a cooperative manner, seeing things through to the end.
